Prior to founding The Cromwell Group, Gerry had over 30 years in various sales executive roles in the computer hardware and software business. After initially focusing on software sales recruiting, he refocused the company to multi-family property management after research indicated this to be an underserved industry.
He is a graduate of Emporia State University.

Jeff is VP of Operations for The Cromwell Group, Inc.
Prior to joining The Cromwell Group as a recruiter in 2004, Jeff was in the property management business for over twelve years in a wide variety of positions. Jeff has attained Pacesetter Club status every year since joining the company. He has been in the top thirty out of over 4,000 MRINetwork recruiters each of the last two years.
Jeff concentrates on placing middle managers and senior executives in Georgia and California.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Will is an Account Executive for the Cromwell Group, Inc.
Will joined the Cromwell Group in early 2009 after a successful career in residential construction management. He brings a decades worth of diverse residential housing experience with him. He has responsibility for recruiting mid to senior level residential property management positions in the south central, midwest, and Pacific northwest regions.
Will is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania and resides with his wife Courtney in Fort Mill, SC.

Scott is Senior Account Executive.
Scott joined The Cromwell Group in early 2005 and has been very successful in matching client needs with excellent candidates. He has attained Pacesetter Club status each year eligible and in 2008 was ranked in the top 30 of over 4,000 MRINetwork recruiters.
His success can be directly attributed to this commitment in developing a thorough understanding of client needs. He serves in a consultative role in developing and nurturing his clients thereby allowing him to exceed their expectations.
